What is the Emerging Nations Program?

Our goal is to promote the participation of countries with fewer resources and therefore with a disadvantage to classify, in order to reduce their limitations.

Our ultimate goal is to have at least 10 new countries at Santander 2014. In order to achieve this purpose, Santander qualifying events for training in Algeria, Indonesia, South Africa, Dominican Republic, Peru and the Cook Islands has been created. In these events, we will form both, sailors as coaches, trying to create a solid foundation for the future of sailing in the member countries of the Emerging Nations Program and to leave a legacy in the world of sailing.
