RS:X M/F

The RS: X was the result of a successful bid by NeilPryde windsurfing to provide a windsurfing equipment for the 2008 Olympic Games in China. The RS: X was designed in 2004 and went into production in 2005.

The RS: X has a high-tech design, mast and boom carbon, a 'grand style' table that combines modern design with a table with centreboard, enabling compete in virtually any condition 3-30 knots. This means that the RS: X is a dynamic and versatile class to observe.

Two sizes are available for sailing competitors. The men use a 9.5m sail while women and young people use a 8.5m sail. The sail, rig and table are designed together to ensure a high level of synergy in design.
