Telefonica Servicios Audiovisuales will work for the ISAF Sailing World Championships 'Santander 2014'

The Royal Spanish Sailing Federation and Telefonica Servicios Audiovisuales have signed a contract for providing with the highest level audiovisual technology the World Championships.

This agreement is the result of six long months of work and negotiations, which were carried out personally by the President of the RFEV

The Royal Spanish Sailing Federation and Telefonica Servicios Audiovisuales have signed a contract for providing with the highest level audiovisual technology the World Championships.

This agreement is the result of six long months of work and negotiations, which were carried out personally by the President of the RFEV, José Ángel Rodríguez. The arrangement ensures that the intercontinental sailing event will be broadcasted with all guarantees to the rest of the world from Santander. Thus, it is fulfilled the wish of the ISAF, which gave its approval during the visit of some of their managers to the TSA headquarters in Spain.

The notable technological equipment that TSA will provide includes a mobile unit over 24 meters long, which is one of the biggest capacity in Europe; a satellital launcher, a helicopter with Cineflex technology and several radio linked cameras that give live broadcast signal.

The Medal Races will be broadcast in live and the images will be shot by 7 cameras located around the stepped dune where these finals are to be celebrated.

The participation of Telefonica Audiovisual Services assures that quality and professionalism will be supporting the ISAF Sailing World Championships.
